International Women’s Day 2025

Viola Davis once said: “Do not live someone else’s life and someone else’s idea of what womanhood is. Womanhood is you.” Times are constantly changing, and women have proven in crucial situations how strong and graceful they can be, shaping the course of this world. Women truly keep the world in motion, and while Women’s History Month in March gives us an opportunity to honor their achievements, it is vital that we carry that recognition and support forward every day of the year – real life or second life.

Since 2000, All-Stars Universe in Second Life pays special attention to campaigns with global and individual impact. One of them is that, every March, we unite with inworld voices from all around the real world to amplify a powerful message: “Women’s rights are human rights!” Together we stand for equality, progress and a world where every woman’s potential is acknowledged and celebrated.

I am amazed every time i get the chance to meet women who have the remarkable ability to rise and shine in a demanding world of business and standards, yet never lose their warmth and generosity. Women who embrace their unique strengths, transform their passion into purpose with a determination that makes this world brighter and lead their lives guided by unwavering moral principles, becoming beacons of integrity and inspiration. Trying to change and influence always for the better, never for the worse!

This year, we bring you heartfelt testimonies and inspiring messages from four extraordinary and remarkable women i met in Second Life. I hope their words will touch your heart and serve as a soothing balm of trust and courage for each of you – as they did for me :)!

Long before the world tried to define our worth and dim our light, we were the ones who listened to the whispers of the universe, who held the wisdom of the unseen, who shaped reality with our intuition and our will. That power? It still lives in YOU. 

I know the road ahead can feel uncertain. I know there are moments when you wonder if you’re strong enough, if you’re ready. But hear me – you already are. You’ve carried this strength through lifetimes, through generations of women before you who stood tall despite the odds. You are made of resilience, unconditional love and unshakable power. So no matter how big your dream is, no matter how impossible it may seem, trust and believe in yourself with all your being! Trust in your voice. Trust that you were never meant to play small.

And when you doubt yourself – because you will, and that’s okay – remember who you are. Not just who the world sees, but who you know yourself to be deep inside. That woman? She is unstoppable, she is infinite potential. She is limitless. And no matter how hard the road gets, she will find her way. So dream fearlessly. Speak unapologetically. Love yourself fiercely.
